We are delighted to announce that we will be adding coffee to the mix at Ice House on Main starting in Spring 2026. Bojo Coffee Co., a roaster and catering operation founded by Cole and Megan Mayer in 2023, will open their first brick-and-mortar coffee shop at Ice House on Main just in time for Texas A&M’s Spring 2026. Be on the lookout for Bojo Coffee Co.’s soft opening activities late this year and get a taste of what’s to come at a few of our community events this Fall at Ice House on Main.
“The dream for Bojo Coffee Co. was born out of the Eastern European country, Georgia, in 2023.” Megan Mayer explains. “In a step of faith, we decided to launch this company with the vision of eventually sending it back overseas.”
Bojo Coffee Co. is the perfect fit for Ice House on Main, where community building is the heart behind every private event and community gathering. The Mayers created Bojo Coffee Co. to serve customers with excellence, integrity, and joy! In its short life, Bojo has become known for its espresso cart catering and coffee roasting. The brick-and-mortar storefront is the natural next step.
“Our vision is to come alongside Jose and Joan Quintana to foster the living room of Bryan, with specialty coffee,” Megan said. “Together, we envision a place where conversations can be held, friendships kindled, and inspirations born. We believe in the God-given identity of each individual who steps foot inside our cafe and desire to serve them in a way that reflects the love of Jesus. We look forward to opening our doors in the near future!”
